Casa Moros is a new holiday home located in the Tanca s'Ollastu condominium in Castiadas, south-eastern Sardinia. Nearby lies the Nuraghe Moros, one of the 6,500 towers built during the Bronze Age in Sardinia. They now form part of the island’s most important archaeological heritage. The name of this nuraghe inspired the name of the villa.
The house was designed by architect Barbara Brendolan, fully respecting the Sardinian architectural style and the other houses within the condominium. With great attention to detail, aesthetics and the latest building techniques, the house, garden and swimming pool were created as a harmonious whole.

A Villa with Everything You Desire

The villa offers 3 bedrooms: 2 with double beds and 1 with twin beds. Each bedroom has direct access to a modern bathroom. Air conditioning is available throughout the house, including the living area.
The kitchen by Lube, supplied by Secci Interni in Muravera, provides every modern convenience such as a dishwasher, induction hob and all appliances needed for comfortable cooking. An additional fridge-freezer is available in the basement. A cosy lounge with TV and a large dining table create a warm atmosphere, and the wine fridge keeps both white and red wines at the perfect temperature.
The swimming pool measures 10 by 4 metres and is 1.40 metres deep. Water disinfection is done by electrolysis, in which salt is split to generate free chlorine. Thanks to this innovative system, you enjoy soft and pleasant swimming water.

From the garden, looking east, you can already glimpse the Tyrrhenian Sea. After 2.5 km along Via Centrale, you reach the magnificent beaches and crystal-blue waters that are a hallmark of Sardinia. Within 10 km you will find breathtaking beaches such as Cala Sinzias, Punta Molentis, Cala Pira, Iki Beach, Spiaggia di Sant’Elmo, Santa Giusta and many more.
From the terrace, looking west, you see the Sette Fratelli mountain range and nature park. With 10,000 hectares of forest spread over the mountains, this area is one of the greenest and most fascinating places in Sardinia. The range consists of seven peaks, hence the name Sette Fratelli, reaching up to about 1,000 metres.
Via a stunning coastal road or a mountain route, you can reach the charming town of Villasimius in about fifteen minutes. During the tourist season, you can enjoy evening markets, entertainment, restaurants and gelaterias.
